EMPOWER 360 Inc. Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Welcome to EMPOWER 360. These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and us, so please read them. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them to you in person.
By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, booking a call, registering for a training or event, or otherwise interacting with us through this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
EMPOWER 360 Inc. is a federally incorporated Canadian corporation with its head office in British Columbia, Canada. We provide business consulting, technology, data, marketing, digital asset and training services, and we own and operate a group of businesses, brands and digital properties. When these terms say “EMPOWER 360,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” they mean EMPOWER 360 Inc.
If you need to reach us about these terms, please contact us through our contact form.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and any content, tools, forms, downloads and communications made available through it.
Client services. When you engage us to provide services, such as consulting, fractional leadership, technology development, data work, marketing, digital asset transactions or corporate training, those services are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work or engagement letter between you and EMPOWER 360. If there is any conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails for those services.
Businesses and brands we operate. Some businesses, brands, products and websites owned or operated by EMPOWER 360 have their own terms. Where separate terms are posted for a specific product or service, those terms govern its use.
Who can use this website
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this website or engage our services.
If you use this website or contact us on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that these terms apply to that business or organization as well.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Information on this website is not professional advice
The content on this website, including articles, insights, examples, tools, templates and descriptions of our services, is provided for general information only.
It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, securities, valuation, real estate, employment or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your specific situation. You should not act or refrain from acting based on website content without obtaining advice suited to your circumstances.
Professional advice from EMPOWER 360 is provided only under a written agreement for services.
Exit planning and business value
Our exit planning services focus on preparing businesses for a future sale or transition and helping owners improve business value. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not act as a business broker, investment dealer, securities adviser, valuator, lawyer or accountant, and we do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions. Where those services are needed, you should engage appropriately licensed professionals.
No guarantee of results
Any examples, results, case studies, testimonials or figures shown on this website describe specific situations and are not a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, execution and decisions made by you and your team.
Booking calls and contacting us
When you submit a form, book a call or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information.
Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship, an obligation to provide services, or an obligation to engage us. A client relationship begins only when both parties agree in writing.
Confidential information. Please do not send us confidential, proprietary or sensitive information through the website or in an initial inquiry. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you, information you send before an engagement is not treated as confidential under a special duty, although we will still handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Free consultations. Any complimentary consultation or strategy call is offered at our discretion, may be limited in time and scope, and is for discussion only. It does not create a professional or advisory relationship and is not professional advice.
Training, workshops and events
When you register for a training session, workshop, webinar or event:
- Fees, schedules, formats, agendas and speakers are as described at the time of registration and may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes.
- Cancellation, transfer and refund terms are as stated at the time of registration or in your agreement with us. Where no specific terms are stated, fees are non-refundable once the session has started.
- We may cancel or reschedule a session. If we cancel and do not reschedule, we will refund the fees paid for that session.
- Training materials are provided for the personal or internal business use of registered participants and may not be copied, resold, recorded or redistributed without our written permission.
- We may photograph or record sessions where we give notice. You may ask not to be included where reasonably practical.
Digital assets
From time to time we may offer domain names and other digital assets for sale, lease or acquisition.
- Listings, prices and descriptions on this website are invitations to discuss, not binding offers, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Availability is not guaranteed until a written agreement is signed and payment is completed.
- Every digital asset transaction is subject to a separate written agreement, which may include the use of a third-party escrow or transfer service.
- We do not guarantee any traffic, search ranking, revenue, resale value or business result from any digital asset.
- You are responsible for confirming that your intended use of any digital asset does not infringe the trademarks or other rights of others.
Payments
Where you pay us through this website or an online invoice:
- Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Applicable taxes are added where required.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Refunds, cancellations and payment terms for services are governed by your agreement with us or the terms presented at checkout.
- Nothing in these terms limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us and we will review it.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, our content or our service offerings at any time.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to this website, block submissions or take other reasonable protective measures where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

No special relationship
Your use of this website does not create a fiduciary, advisory, lawyer-client, accountant-client, financial adviser-client, employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or other special relationship between you and EMPOWER 360. Any professional relationship is created only by a written agreement.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, completeness or non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EMPOWER 360 Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunities, reputation, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to this website or its content.
In particular, we are not responsible for business decisions, outcomes or losses arising from reliance on website content, examples, tools, templates or AI-assisted output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through this website in the 12 months before the claim arose, or CAD $100.
Liability relating to client services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EMPOWER 360 Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of this website;

This section does not require you to indemnify us for claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.

When we update them, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide additional notice where appropriate.
Changes apply from their effective date. Your continued use of the website after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired that cannot legally be removed.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent. We may assign or transfer these terms in connection with a corporate reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, sale of business or assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
Headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.
